1. No Posting of LIVE External Links

Links to an approved image hosting site are allowed (see Rule 2)

2. The Posting Of External Images is Strictly Forbidden Unless They Are Hosted By One Of The Following
Sites or any other FREE IMAGE HOSTING SITES

3. Posting serials, cd-keys or information describing how to bypass software protection is strictly forbidden.

4. No Spam or Bumping Posts - Stay on topic with replies. Don't hijack any thread for your own purpose.

5. Do not make duplicate or redundant posts.

6. Posting In The Request Forums.

Be specific and clear what you are requesting, a homepage for an item would be helpful (unless its a M*crosoft product).
Prior posting may achieve faster results for your request, though prior posting is not required

7. Inappropriate Images, Videos Or Links Are Not Allowed.You may not post/give thanks to/request any of the content below. This will be taken very seriously:

Child Porn (includes nudism or models of under 18 years old)
Bestiality (sex with animals )
Incest (sex with family members, even faked is not allowed )
Any non-consensual activities (e.g. Rape, Simulated Rape)
Newsgroups

8. No Advertising or Posting of Forums or Web Sites

No forum or web site is allowed in an avatar or signature
A web site is allowed to be posted if it is needed as a password to open a file
Advertising of a forum or web site in an image within a post will be allowed at the discretion of our staff
No referral linking is allowed in any form.

Guidelines and Helpful Hints

This is an English speaking forum and every effort should be made to communicate and post links to applications and e-books in this language.
It would be a huge help for all moderators, if you use the Report button correctly/more often.
Admins and Moderators control their sections as they see fit, and their decisions are final.
The Moderators control their assigned forums. They will edit or delete posts as they see fit and in accordance with the forum rules. How they interpret the rules is entirely up to them, and done on a case-by-case basis. They are there to police the forums as they see fit. Their decision is final. If you think they have made an unfair judgment, keep in mind they are viewing this as a third party and not as directly involved so they are making decisions based on fact not emotion.
Arguing over decisions will not get a decision overturned; it will however get you warned. Similarly, flaming Admins or Moderators who edit/move/close or delete your posts will result in a warning.

Arguing with the Mods/Admins
Spamming the forums
Harassing or insulting members of the forum
Flaming the site or members in your posts on the forum
Stealing links and placing them on other sites
Advertising other sites constantly

Screenshots from vendor's site aren't allowed as these are live links.
Only live links to our own forum will be allowed and links from imageshosts like, for example, imageshacknohotlinking

No advertising is allowed!
No links of any type to other sites or forums for the purpose of promoting them! If you really want to, PM someone of the staff.

No double posting! Use our search engine before you post a request!
If you post something twice, this post will be consideblue as a double post and will be deleted.

Be friendly!
This means: No flaming, do not post any negative comments on any country, race, creed, sarcastic remarks, racism, sexual discrimination, animal cruelty, offensive, evibl, disturbing, nuisance or not beneficial to other members. This post will be deleted immediately and the member will recieve a warning!

Comply to All Sticky's and Board News
Moderators and administrators can add new temporary rules and directions in the sticky's that comply to that specific forum. Administrators and Moderators can make announcements and sticky’s containing guidelines on how to act in that specific forums. You are also expected to follow those carefully.

SPAM, flood and bumping posts aren't allowed!
Stay on topic with replies. Don't hijack any thread for your own purpose.
Using Board's email/PM facility to spam/abuse any other member is strictly prohibited!
Bumping of posts (by fx. replying to yourself) is not allowed! Only staff members can bump topics, using "ttt" -> "To The Top"

Keep in mind that this is a english forum. So please do not speak any other languages in the forums. If you need translation, then this is a good site:

No posting of any disguising links!!
Links like tinyurls or any type of redirecting links aren't allowed, unless approved by the staff!

When is something a public FTP?
If you are unsure whether to post a link in 'Other Stuff' because it is a public FTP or a different download section, think of this: if you have a direct link within an FTP to a specific download, then it should NOT go in 'Other Stuff'. If it is a general FTP with lots of contents then it should go in 'Other Stuff'.

Do not request any warez at the warez section. Please do this in the Request section

Request Rules

25 Good Posts Required to Make a Request
Members must have 25 good posts in order to request. This means you must have posted 25 topics and not just replies to someone else's topic.

Be specific and clear!
Post as much information as possible in the subject-area like description, vendor's site software version and build-number if possible.

Always use our Search-Engine before you request
To avoid double requests and posts, always use our search engine before you posts a resquest

Only post requests in the forum: Requests
If you post a request in another forum, it will be moved. If you do it twice, you will recieve a warning. MEMBERS REQUESTING THROUGH PM WILL BE BANNED

Make Appropraite TOPICS Titles:
Please Make Appropraite Topic Titles. Anything like "plz help", "urgently needed" is not gonna help. Make Topic Title appropraite to much your Request title. For Example : You wanna request "Adobe Photshop CS2", Topic Title needs to be "Adobe Photshop CS2" and not "Plz help me"
Unfulfilled requests will remain open for a period of 30 days from the original post, after which they will be closed.

Restrictions and Warnings

Editing posts
Staff Members are entitled to edit and correct any posts containing violations on our rules

Deleting posts
If you wonder why your post was deleted, PM a staff member. But first READ the RULES carefully

Warnings
Violating of any of our rules results into a edit pf your post and can result into a warning!
In some cases, multiple Warnings will be consideblue!

Admins or moderators may also have to suspend, or ban members immediately if an extreme situation calls for it.If you reach a warning level of 100% you will be banned for a week or longer, depending the case.
